In a good match one team was simply better

Coach Pawlik gives his traditional interview after the match

Brno, Czech Republic, June 28, 2017 – The coaches and the captains of Poland and Cuba all seem to agree that the FIVB Volleyball Men’s U21 World Championship match between them was a good match and the Polish team was simply better.

Sebastian Pawlik, coach of Poland: “Today’s win was very important for us. We were much better in defence and blocking and that is why we won. We also controlled the good attack of Cuba.”

Jakub Kochanowski, captain of Poland: “I am very satisfied with the result and the way we played. I can say only one thing: it was a very good match.”

Nicolas Vives Coffigny, coach of Cuba: “We played really well, but the Polish team is simply stronger.”

Adrian Eduardo Goide, captain of Cuba: “I am not disappointed with our performance, but Poland are the U19 world champions and they showed us why.”
