České Budějovice, Czech Republic, July 1, 2017 – An excellent performance by USA was put on show at the FIVB Volleyball Men’s U21 World Championship on Saturday.
They won in straight sets over Morocco during the 13-16th place classification match.
Outside spiker Dylan Missry scored a solid 9 points in the two sets he played with his team.
The first set was dominated bu the United States. Morocco could not keep up with their pace and the American players closed the set 25-18.
The Morroccan players started the second set well and the American team needed to keep their focus. Morroco perfomed a solid attac with a 48% success rate however team USA responded with 58%.
The Americans finished the set with 2 points difference 25-23.
In the third set the United States continued their stable game without errors.
Morrocco did not gave up and fought untill the end, However, it was not enough as the American team closed the set 25-21.
