Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic, July 1, 2017 – Japan and Czech Republic played the classification playoff for the 13th place at the FIVB Volleyball Men’s U21 World Championship and a five-set thriller had to decide the winner. It was Kento Miyaura who led the Japanese team to victory 3-2 over the Czechs (22-25, 20-25, 25-21, 25-15, 15-13).
