We showed our hard work a little too late - Joshua Tuaninga

Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic, June 29, 2017 – It was a hard match, as both the coach
and the captain of the American team stated after they lost 3-1 against Egypt at the FIVB Volleyball Men’s U21 World Championship.

Jay Hosack, coach of USA: “We seemed to respond well but couldn’t put it together and that makes the difference towards the end of the tournament. We have to work harder to be consistent for longer periods of time.”

Joshua Tuaninga, captain of USA: “We showed some hard work at the end but it wasn’t hard enough and a little late too.”

Maged Mohamed, coach of Egypt: “This was a good match. My team showed a good discipline and good analysis of the game.”

Abdelrahman Seoudy captain of Egypt: “This was amazing!”
