Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic, June 27, 2017 – Italy blazed through their match against USA with an easy-looking 3-0 win in Pool G. However, for Michele Totire, coach of Italy, it was not as easy as it may have looked.
Jay Hosack, coach of USA: “It was not a very good match from our side at all. Heads up to team Italy, they played like they want to be here. I am not very happy with the performance of my guys.”
Michele Totire, coach of Italy: I am happy with the first two sets but disappointed with the third. The first two sets were great, they used their focus. But they lost that in the third so we have to work on that.”
